Wordish Wednesday
10 I love colorful photos. And there’s no place more colorful than my friend’s house.
As promised I am posting some of the pictures I took that day.
The only one downside to this amazing view is the “no-see-ems” (sand flees) in the evening.

Beauty of Dusk
5 Hey, guess what?
I am actually writing a post. Not a Selfie Saturday post but a normal “here look at my photography” post!
My laptop has arrived, I have transferred everything onto it, I am in the midst of 2nd trimester energy spurt ( if you can call it that- I just feel more normal than before, that’s all) and I even took new photos (gasp!).
Last week some friends, Andrew and I went over another friend’s house. You’ve seen this place before on my pictures as my husband and I used to go there often before I got pregnant. This time the owner was out of town and told me that we could go spend some time at the pool and hang out if we wanted to. Of course, we’re not about to say “NO”, when...
A little tour into the magical Harry Potter land
17 We’ve spent years going to Universal back before they built the land of Harry Potter. Back then it was the Adventure land or something of that sort. Not too exciting, to be honest. I remember going to Universal and seeing them build bits and pieces of the Hogwarts castle, sectioning off some areas to add Hogsmeade village. Soon we were able to see the snow covered peaks of the houses there.
I remember being super excited about it openning in 2010, so much that my girlfriends and I took numerous jumping pictures in front of the mere sign announcing the openning of the new land.
{don’t mind my retarded face here}
Then I remember the day it opened. Some of my Orlando friends actually went there that day, which is a suicide and I...
Universal in Spring
3 As I am going through my 47,000 photos in Lightroom, I keep jumping around from one year to another, depending on my mood. I find it fun actually! In the end, my goal is to edit, and sort all 47,000 photos, so what does it matter if I do this folder today and another tomorrow.
So this weekend, I felt I needed some real beauty in my life. And what’s better than spring in Florida, at Universal Studios to boot. So I went ahead working on those photos. They were taken in March, I believe and some of the brightest photos in my collection. The colors just make me happy and I hope that will translate into some happiness for you.
I’m also working on about 3000 photos of Disney and its parks and resorts that I’ve taken over the...
Wordless Wednesday in edits.
12 More photo from Labor Day. The next morning a few more people drove up from central Florida, and we started the full on jumping.
India ( right ) was the most amazing and gracious creative jumper ( comes with her personality)
Sorry for the blur, but I couldn’t not post the poses.
By the evening, we got the table ready with a ton of sushi, blew up some balloons, invited some more friends and neighbors, and India went to town doing our hair.
I got a wig put in It felt sooo weird.
more to come
{I just would like to note that these aren’t the best quality, because this was my first week owning a DSLR. They will get better as I continue editing other years and events. Hope it doesn’t bother you all too much}
